The Schoharie County Rural Preservation Corporation is developing a waiting list for mobile home replacement to homeowners located in the following village/town:

Blenheim, Broome, Carlisle, Cobleskill, Esperance, Fulton, Middleburgh, Richmondville, Schoharie, Seward, Sharon, Summit, or Wright.

General eligibility and property requirements:
  • Household income at or below 80% of the area median income
  • Applicant must occupy the home land as a primary residence
  • Mobile home in poor condition
  • Now accepting pre-application for land owned along, mobile homes in parks.

Complete the pre-application and get on a waitlist for future grant programs.
